EnerQuip announces plans to grow international teams

Multi award-winning torque specialist EnerQuip has revealed plans to double the size of its team in the Middle East and add new people at its American hub in 2024.

After a record-breaking year in 2023 when revenues pushed through the £20 million mark, the Aberdeenshire-based company will also grow its UK team by 15%.  EnerQuip currently employs 110 people across its global operations, including its headquarters at Findon near Aberdeen and at Lybster, Caithness. 

The planned expansion of the company’s presence in Houston and the need for more people in the Middle east follow a significant uplevelling of activities including the recent opening of a 1500 sq. ft. facility in Abu Dhabi.  The company is also completing negotiations relocate its Houston business with details to be finalised in by the end of this quarter of the year.

Although 2024 has been earmarked as a year of consolidation following rapid growth which has seen an uplift of 70% in revenues in the past two years, EnerQuip continues to investigate regional demands with several countries under review as potential areas for growth.
